Description
Zettex  Spraybond X46 Waterbase is a very fast drying anti-slip adhesive for fixating carpet tiles and the permanent adhesion of PVC. Zettex Spraybond X46 Waterbase is water resistant and environment friendly.

​Preparing the surface
All surfaces must be clean, dry and frost free, as well as free from grease, oil, dirt, dust, individual materials and other contaminants (coatings, cement skin, etc.).

Application instructions
Spray the adhesive evenly over a width of 40 to 50 cm, holding the spray nozzle around 35 to 40 cm away from the surface. Distribute the spray adhesive evenly in a thin layer and wait 20 to 30 minutes for the adhesive to dry before laying the carpet tiles. Maximum open time is 48 hours. Lay PVC immediately in the wet adhesive. A spray gun and hose can be pruchased separately.
